How It Works

Heat
Settle into the warmth of the sauna and let the heat work its magic. Increased circulation supports recovery, while sweating helps flush out toxins.
Cold
Cool down with a refreshing cold shower. The sudden temperature shift activates your body's natural response, boosting energy and reducing inflammation.

Rest
Take a break on the rooftop deck to dry off, rehydrate, and let your body naturally return to balance. This period helps ease the adrenaline rush and welcomes a wave of endorphins.
Repeat
For the best results, go through this cycle 2-4 times, adjusting to your comfort level. Finish feeling refreshed, revitalized, and restored.

How It Began
Seattle Sauna is the embodiment of our family's deep connection to the water, shaped by years of life on and around Lake Union. It's more than just a business - it's a celebration of the serene beauty and revitalizing energy that the lake offers. Our goal is to foster a community rooted in balance, connection, and sustainable relaxation.
